Notice of Award– Lower Columbia River Security Guard Services
Congratulations to AEPS (American Eagle Protective Services) and their partners! Team AEPS has been awarded the contract to provide armed security guards and administrative services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Lower Columbia River Projects.
The area of operations the contractor will be performing in is remote with 50 miles separating the lower two dams (Bonneville and The Dalles) and John Day being 30 miles further upriver. There are high certification requirements with armed guards conforming to licensing requirements from NERC, DOD, Washington or Oregon as well as state and criminal Background checks. The contractor will need to provide all personnel, labor, training, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to provide security guard services.
