Health & Welfare

It is the policy of the company to offer benefits to eligible employees with the applicable health and welfare benefits. Health and welfare benefits which are covered under the Service Contract Act and/or the Davis Bacon Act are granted so that the company can provide benefits to the employee. Benefits provided are not to be considered “income” for payroll or pension purposes. Each contract location’s health and welfare benefits will be dealt with on a contract by contract basis.

    • Eligible full-time regular employees, their spouse, and/or their dependents are eligible to enroll in the medical insurance benefits offered by AEPS.

    • To assist employees in their efforts to supplement their retirement income, AEPS has established a 401(k) savings plan. This plan permits eligible employees to defer a portion of their earnings on a pre-tax basis to a savings plan allowed by Section 401(k) of the IRC.
